Setting up checks

  • Login to Client area
  • Click on My Portal under My Account
  • Click on My Services
  • Click on Manage in front of the package bought for server monitoring
  • Click on Manage Checks
  • Click Add New Check
  • From this screen you will be able to enter in the hostname/url of the server to check and what service you would like to check
  • Select a notification list from the notification list drop down (This list will be used in the event of a failure of the check).
