Setting up your alert contacts

  • Login to Client area
  • Click on My Portal under My Account
  • Click on My Services
  • Click on Manage in front of the package bought for server monitoring
  • Click on "Manage Alert Contacts"
  • Click "Add New Alert Contact"
  • Enter in the contacts name and email address, if you have purchased SMS credits you can also enter in your cell phone number.
  • After you click save, you will be able to enter in additional email addresses and cell phone numbers on the next screen.
  • Everytime you click save to add a new email and/or cell phone number a new line will appear to add a new contact method.
